Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 502 N. 4th St., PO
Box 83720, Boise, Idaho 83720-0072 until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Wednesday, June 3th, 2026, for
DPW Project 24261 McCall Field Campus Kitchen/Dining Facility, University of Idaho, McCall, ID.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: The construction of a new multi-use
main dining hall, seating 150 people, approximately 7,620 gross square feet in building area, including kitchen
and support spaces.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Wednesday, May 20th, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m., prevailing
local time, at the University of Idaho McCall Field Campus, 1800 University Lane, McCall, Idaho 83638
Bidders are encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $500.00 Others may
obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
Estimated Cost: $5,400,000.00
