Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 502 N. 4th St., PO
Box 83720, Boise, Idaho 83720-0072 until 2:30 p.m. local MST time, on Thursday, June, 11, 2026 for
DPW Project 22253 McCall Field Campus Improvements, University of Idaho, McCall, Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include Installation of water main upgrades,
water services, fire hydrants, and surface restoration along University Lane in McCall, Idaho.
Bid Alternates include the relocation of up to three (3) existing cabins to new locations on-site.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Thursday, May 28, 2026, beginning at 10:00 am. MST., prevailing
local time, at the site on McCall Field Campus - Classroom/Office 1800 University Lane in McCall,
Idaho, 83638. Bidders are encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed plumbing and
electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $100.00. Others may
obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
