On Wednesday, June 4th, 2026, for DPW Project No. 2426 BLD 856 McCall Field Campus (MFC)
Kitchen/Dining Facility, University of Idaho (UI), 1800 University Lane, McCall, Idaho 83638
A description of the Work of this project can be summarized to include: The project consists of the design of a
new multi-use main dining hall, seating 150 people, approximately 7,620 gross square feet in building area,
including kitchen and support spaces.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $500.00. Others may obtain
documents at cost, non-refundable.
A pre-bid conference will be held at the University of Idaho McCall Field Campus, 1800 University Lane,
McCall, Idaho 83638 on Wednesday, May 20th, 2026, starting at 10:00 AM (MT) local time. Bidders are
encouraged to attend.
A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this Work.
Estimated Cost: $5,400,000.00
