MCBRAYER PARK IMPROVEMENT - ITB #2024-100

Sealed unit price bids will be received by the City of Hampton, Georgia from prospective contractors for the City of Hampton, Georgia, MCBRAYER PARK IMPROVEMENT - ITB #2024-100 project. The city intends to award the project to the lowest responsible bidder for the project including any bid alternates selected by the city. The work consists of furnishing and installing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and related services required for a complete project. This project includes, but is not limited to, the erosion and sediment control, installation of stormwater, water service, and wastewater infrastructure, grading and clearing of designated areas, resurfacing of one basketball court, construction and surfacing of one new basketball court, resurfacing of existing pickleball and tennis courts installation and utility connections of one prefabricated restroom facility, and all related appurtenances that are required by the Contract Drawing and these Contract Documents and Technical Specifications within the project limits in accordance this project for the City of Hampton, Georgia, MCBRAYER PARK IMPROVEMENT - ITB #2024-100 project.

A Mandatory Prebid Conference will be held at 11:00 AM EST on Tuesday, November 12th, 2024, at the Hampton City Hall ¿ 17 E. Main St. S.; Hampton, GA 30228. Any questions pertaining to the requirements of the Contract Documents either procedural or technical, shall be in writing and are to be submitted via email to wmoore@hamptonga.gov, jjones@fdc-llc.com, and bhanes@fdc-llc.com by 12:00 PM Noon EST on Friday, November 22nd, 2024.

Sealed Bids will be received until 11:00 AM EST on, Monday, December 9th, 2024, and then publicly opened and read aloud. Bids are to be submitted at the Hampton City Hall, Attention: Carmen Blount, Deputy City Clerk; 17 E. Main St. S.; Hampton, GA 30228; Reference: MCBRAYER PARK IMPROVEMENT - ITB #2024-100.
