MC 10-24-006 2023 McComb Use Tax Water Improvements and Overlay #17035

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, McComb, MS located at 115 3rd Street, McComb, MS 39648, until November 19, 2024 at 1 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work:

Installation of water mains and services; mill and overlay of McComb city streets. Specific locations were determined by the City of McComb and the Engineer and are shown in the contract drawings.

Bids are requested for the following Contract: 2023 McCOMB USE TAX WATER IMPROVEMENTS AND OVERLAY

Obtaining the Bidding Documents: Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following designated website: www.neel-schafferplans.com . Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders must register with the designated website as a plan holder. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. All bid documents must be purchased through the website. The cost of bid documents is non-refundable.

“Mississippi Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, 2017 Edition” as referred to herein may be purchased from the Mississippi Department of Transportation.

A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held.
