The New York State Thruway Authority (“Authority”) is seeking bids from contracting firms to furnish and install roof membranes at various maintenance buildings located in the Authority’s Buffalo Division.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting for bidders will be held at all three (3) work site locations . Bidders are to meet at the following location at the date and time specified, with the two remaining locations to be visited afterward. Please note that transportation will not be provided:
