Water & Sewer Improvements including but not limited to clearing/grubbing/tree removal, installation of 2 through 6 inch low pressure sewer, installation of 6-10 inch water main, service connections to indicated properties, installation and electrical connection of low pressure sewer pumps on indicated properties, horizontal directional drilling, jack and bores across SCDOT rights of way, rehabilitation/epoxy lining of existing manholes.
