Description: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the State University of New York (“SUNY”), Empire State University (“Empire”). SUNY Empire seeks a responsive and responsible vendor to provide a facility to host our May 2026 Commencement Ceremony, over two consecutive days in New York City, in the borough of Manhattan, as defined in the specifications listed in the RFP (ESU-25-01). The results of the RFP will be used to award a contract for the May 2026 Commencement Ceremony. Following the May 2026 Commencement Ceremony, SUNY Empire and the winning Bidder may mutually agree to exercise 1 or 2 one-year options to extend the contract for Commencement Ceremonies to be held in May 2027, and May 2028. The RFP will be awarded to the vendor determined to be most qualified to meet the specifications and requirements as described in this RFP.
