Invitation to Bid
Van Horn Construction, Inc. is bidding the Maumelle Pump Station Improvements project for North Little Rock Wastewater Utility as the General Contractor. The general scope of the project consists of the construction of headworks, electrical building, wet well/pump station, yard piping, and demolition of existing pump stations. All qualified Disadvantaged, Minority and Women Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit subcontractor bids by 12 noon, April 16, 2026 via email to cweisler@vanhornconstruction.com or nkuras@vanhornconstruction.com .
