STATE TERM SCHEDULE OPPORTUNITY
All responses must be in reference to State Term Schedule STS016543 , as awarded by the Ohio Department of Administrative Services.

EVALUATION
Refer to attached solicitation documents for price list and scope of work that must be included in quote.  Quotes must reference associated STS price list.  PDF Quote must be included. Failure to quote all items on SOW, provide PDF quote, or reference associated contract may deem the quote non-responsive . Include all demo, disposal, installation, adhesives, and rubber wall base prices in "Ancillaries" line. The State will not be responsible for any costs not otherwise specified. Inquirires must use the OhioBuys Inquiry Field.

AWARD
A purchase order (PO) will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive quote as a result of this solicitation.  Period of performance for any resulting PO will be date of issuance through June 30th, 2026.
