All mattress batting must be fire retardant. Batting must pass CAL 117, Vertical Burn Test and ASTM D5238-98, On the Spot Smolder Test.

2. Weight: 5 lbs. per batt (+/- 5%).
3. Mattress batting must be clean and free of excessive seed waste.

11% Boric Acid for fire retardancy
Naphthenic oil for boric acid adhesion
