The Mattoon Public Library invites proposals from qualified consulting engineering/architectural firms to help us assess and modernize our nearly 125-year-old, architecturally significant building. This includes evaluating the HVAC system, windows, and other functional improvements to support long-term sustainability and usability. We will host a site visit at 10 a.m. October 23. It is recommended but not required.
