Additional Instructions
Submit completed questionnaires and financials to Ms. Susan Pond (

) prior to 1:00 pm on the mandatory pre-bid conference date of 3/3/26. Any incomplete package or late package will not be accepted and returned to contractor.
Prospective bidders must assemble at Mattawoman Midde School, 10145 Berry Road, Waldorf, Maryland on March 3, 2026 , at 3:30 PM for a MANDATORY Pre-Bid conference. It is MANDATORY that all bidders attend the pre-bid conference and site visit.
