Sealed bids will be received until 2:00PM, October 1, 2025, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:
Mather Lodge Fire Escape located in Morrilton, AR for the Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism. PR #9002519
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at 10:00AM on September 24, 2025, at 1069 Petit Jean Mountain Road, Petit Jean State Park, Morrilton, AR 72110. The State reserves the right to schedule additional meetings.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of the Contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Risley Architects, 6101 Phoenix Ave, Suite 1 Fort Smith, AR 72903. (479) 452-2636. There will be a $250 deposit per set.

If the bid is $50,000.00 or more, a 5% bid security shall accompany the bid.
