Mather Golf Course Modular Building

Sacramento County Recreation and Parks Department wishes to purchase an approximately 1500 SF prefabricated new or used modular building with two (2) offices, two (2) fully functional bathrooms (one [1] with a shower), one (1) locker/storage room and one (1) break room/rest area. One (1) 24'x60' concrete slab and electrical, plumbing, sewage and telecommunication connections already exist onsite. Successful bidder is responsible for delivery, installation, hookups, tiedowns, levelling, skirting and all other work required for a safe and habitable workplace.

As an option, County would like to have the existing modular building and associated equipment removed and legally disposed. See Attachment 1 for details and photographs of existing building and slab.

Mather Golf Course resides in Mather Regional Park, 4103 Eagles Nest Road, Mather, CA 95655, which encompasses approximately 1,432 acres. There are 18 holes of tree lined open fairways and medium sized greens. Designed by Jack Fleming in 1959, Mather Golf Course continues to attract golfers of all skill levels. Registered with the Audubon International’s Cooperative Sanctuary Program, Mather Golf Course is one of the first twenty-five courses in California to become fully designated as a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary. A staff of approximately 20 members currently occupy a small aging modular building, which will be removed and replaced by the unit described in this RFP.
