The City of Rancho Cordova Public Works Department is soliciting bids for the Mather Field Road Enhancement Project – Phase 1.
The Mather Field Road Enhancements Phase 1 Project includes construction of new sidewalk improvements, ADA-compliant curb ramps, installation of a pergola, resurfacing of the existing soundwall, and associated landscape enhancements. The total construction estimate is $1.3 million, with an anticipated construction duration of 40 working days.
Contractors should have a strong understanding of Caltrans Standard Plans and Specifications, applicable State and Federal regulatory requirements, and County of Sacramento and City of Rancho Cordova design and development standards.
All interested parties must submit Bids in accordance with the conditions and deadlines established for this project. All bid documents, Q&A, addenda, and bid submissions will be posted and accepted online.
