Please scan and email a copy of your check once placing your hard copy deposit set order to plans@reprographix.com Documents returned in good condition within the time allotted or winning bidder can request their deposit check to be returned and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) or UPS account number. If a SASE is not included, the check will be voided. The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following project until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on the 20th day of August 2026 in the offices of Capital Planning and Projects, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906. 1. West Lafayette Campus - Math Sciences Elevator 1E04 Modification - 2026 A $300 depositwill be required for each hardcopy set of bidding documents. One compact disk or download is available at no charge. Postage and handling fees may apply. A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 1 will be held on July 27, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. EDT. The meeting will be held in the Lobby of the Math Science Building, located at 150 N University St., West Lafayette, IN.
