Materials without labor, as needed, 12 months

The Town of Dracut, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from qualified contractors pursuant to M.G.L. 30, § 39M for Materials without Labor, for the Department of Public Works, as needed, from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.

The IFB is available as of May 14, 2025, for download at https://www.dracutma.gov/Procurement .    Contract(s) will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder(s) offering the lowest total estimated contract price within each category.

All bids submitted must be accompanied by a 5% bid deposit.  Bids will be accepted at the Dracut Town Hall, 62 Arlington St, Dracut, MA 01826 until May 29, 2025, at 11AM, at which time, bids will be publicly opened and read forthwith.

The Town of Dracut reserves the right to amend or cancel this IFB, accept or reject any and all bids and waive minor informalities. Barbara O'Connor, Purchasing Agent.
