Materials Testing and Special Inspection Services
The Regional School District 13 Board of Education (“RSD 13 BOE”) is requesting qualifications and proposals from engineering professionals for Materials Testing and Special Inspection Services in connection with the construction project at Memorial Elementary School located at 124 Hubbard Street, Middlefield, CT 06455. This solicitation is both a Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) and a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the Materials Testing and Special Inspection Services necessary for the Project.
