Notice is hereby given that the Vernon Parish Police Jury, PO Box 1548, Leesville, Louisiana, 71496, will receive sealed bids until Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at 10 a.m. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud; bids received after specified closing time will not be accepted.  All interested parties are welcome at bid opening. The Vernon Parish Police Jury reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause, in accordance with R.S. 38:2212 & 2214.

IMPORTANT:  BID ENVELOPE MUST BE MARKED WITH COMPANY NAME, ITEM BEING BID, DATE, AND TIME OF BID OPENING, AND CONTRACTOR’S LICENSE NUMBER (if applicable).
