Materials and Installation of Temporary Traffic Signal at the Intersection of Kidd Road and Nolensville Road

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Nolensville is now accepting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for the installation of a Temporary Traffic Signal at the intersection of Kidd Road and Nolensville Road. A mandatory pre-bid conference will NOT be held by the Town of Nolensville concerning this project. Bidders are encouraged to visit the intersection to become familiar with existing conditions for the installation of the temporary traffic signal.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTALS is TUESDAY, DECEMBER 16, 2025, at 2:00 PM (Central Time). All proposals should be mailed to Montique Luster, Town Recorder, Town Hall, 7218 Nolensville Road, Nolensville, Tennessee, 37135. The envelope containing the Written Proposals must be sealed and addressed to Montique Luster, Town Recorder, and plainly marked "Temporary Traffic Signal – Kidd Road/Nolensville Road”.

Questions regarding the RFP should be directed to Chuck Downham, Assistant Town Manager, at cdownham@nolensvilletn.gov . Any questions related to the proposal after December 9, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. CST will not be responded to by the Town. A final addendum, if issued, will be available on the Town’s website on or before December 11, 2025, at 4:00 PM (Central Time).

The Town shall reserve the right to reject any and all Proposals if said body deems it necessary and in the best interest of the citizens of Nolensville, Tennessee.
