Materials Handling Maintenance and Repair

The California Department of Public Health (CDPH), Facilities Management Section, is soliciting bids from qualified bidders to provide to provide manual preventative maintenance for forklifts and scissor lifts at the CDPH Richmond campus. The CDPH intends to make a single contract award to the most responsive and responsible firm offering the lowest cost.
Bids must address all the services described in the Exhibit A entitled, Scope of Work. Contractor agrees to provide semi-annual preventive maintenance, along with emergency and cleanup services as needed, for the following equipment: One (1) Electric Toyota Forklift, Two (2) Electric Toyota Forklifts, One (1) Hyster Forklift Truck, One (1) Komatsu Forklift, Two (2) EKKO Stand-Up Rider Forklifts, One (1) Toyota Forklift Truck, One (1) Genie Scissor Lift, One (1) Genie Scissor Lift, and One (1) Genie Man Lift, owned by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) at the Richmond Campus. All materials handling equipment is listed in full in Exhibit A, Scope of Work.
