Materials for Transmission Line for New Sunshine Substation

The City of Gallup, New Mexico is seeking to purchase the materials associated with new transmission line for the new Sunshine Substation. This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is for MATERIALS ONLY and EXCLUDES all construction, installation, or field labor. The City invites qualified vendors to submit bids for the required materials and delivery.

This Invitation to Bid (ITB) provides essential information for qualified manufacturers and/or suppliers to submit pricing bids for the materials required to support the transmission line associated with the City of Gallup’s Sunshine Substation project. The materials to be supplied are detailed in the attached specifications. This project is a key component in upgrading the City's electrical infrastructure to ensure greater reliability and improved service. Timely delivery of materials is critical to the success of the project; therefore, both proposed delivery timelines and pricing will be key factors in the evaluation and selection of the successful bidder. This solicitation is limited to material procurement and delivery only. No construction, field installation, or labor services are included under this Invitation to Bid.
