Pender County is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide Material testing on a new public library, consisting of approximately 20,000 square feet located at 15060 Hwy. 17, Hampstead NC 28443 on the site adjacent to the Pender County Government Annex.
