Solicitation Summary

The Queen Anne’s County Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting proposals for exclusive rights to sell mobile concessions outside Matapeake Beach and Clubhouse. The permit season would be from May 8, 2026 until September 28, 2026 at Matapeake Beach and Clubhouse, located at 2010 Sonny Schulz Blvd. Stevensville, MD 21666. Mandatory hours required to sell are weekends from 10am to 5pm. Weekdays are at the discretion of the vendor.

Bids will be accepted until 2:00pm on November 20, 2025, at 1945 4-H Park Road, Centreville MD, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. The minimum bid amount is $750.00 and submissions will only be accepted on the bid proposal form provided below. We are looking for family friendly food pricing and menu items.
