Matapeake Beach and Clubhouse Mobile Concession Permit

The Queen Anne’s County Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting proposals for exclusive rights to

sell mobile concessions outside Matapeake Beach and Clubhouse. The permit season would be from May 11,

2025 until September 23, 2025 at Matapeake Beach and Clubhouse, located at 2010 Sonny Schulz Blvd.

Stevensville, MD 21666. Mandatory hours required to sell are weekends from 10am to 5pm. Weekdays are at

the discretion of the vendor.

Bids will be accepted until 10:00 am on February 28, 2025, at 1945 4-H Park Road, Centreville MD, at which

time they will be publicly opened and read. The minimum bid amount is $750.00 and submissions will only be

accepted on the bid proposal form provided below. We are looking for family friendly food pricing and menu

items.
