The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Vicksburg District (USACE-MVK), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, intends to award a sole source purchase order to is Puckett Machinery (CAGE Code: 1JX26) for the repair of its D7H Dozer DT-208 (serial # 04FG05646) requires the rebuild of its engine and cooling package). D6R DT-211 (serial # 9PN00610) requires electrical repairs. D7R dozer (serial # ABJ00526) requires repairs to recondition the service brake control. Refer to the attached statement of work for complete requirement details.

This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), and no solicitation is available for this procurement. Nevertheless, any firm or individual that believes it is capable of meeting the Vicksburg District’s requirements described herein may submit a capabilities statement, which, if received by 4:00 PM CST on 6 May 2025, will be considered. Responses to this posting must be submitted via e-mail, no phone calls will be accepted. A determination not to compete the described purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government.
