This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Brock University (“the University”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Mat

Services, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix E) (the “Deliverables”). The term of the contract is to be for a period of up to

five (5) years, with an option in favor of the University to extend the contract on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to three (3) one (1) year periods. It is anticipated that the agreement will be executed on or around April 2025.
