2025 Mastic Sealer

The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed bids from properly qualified, licensed and insured, and experienced contractors to perform the 2025 Mastic Sealer for the City of Bentonville Streets Project, inclusive of but not limited to the furnishing of all tools, labor and materials necessary to perform work to be done in the mastic sealing application, for the City of Bentonville Street Department. All necessary work, materials and every item of construction shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications as prepared by the City. The work shall include, but shall not be limited to the application of an estimated 153,994 (one hundred fifty-three thousand nine hundred ninety-four) Square Yards of Mastic Sealer and specified pavement markings to specified City streets, for the City of Bentonville Street Department.

There will be an OPTIONAL Pre-Bid Meeting held on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at 11:30AM CST, located at the Bentonville Municipal Complex, 1st Floor – Transportation Department, Conference Room C105, 3200 SW Municipal Drive Bentonville, AR 72715. Attendance to the Pre-Bid Meeting is optional, but highly encouraged. City Staff will meet Bidders in attendance and begin the pre-bid meeting at 11:30AM sharp.
