Project Description: Henry County Schools is looking for a vendor to assist with Master Scheduling. We are seeking assistance with building high school master schedules once student course requests have been entered and verified for accuracy in Infinite Campus for the 25-26 School Year. To ensure high school student course requests are scheduled in an efficient manner, any solution: must prioritize student requests, confirm scheduled classes are balanced, course requests are met, and teacher allocations are maximized. Offeror will ensure program scheduling is successful regarding special areas of education (Special Education, ESOL, Gifted, REP, etc...). Offeror will assume scheduling responsibilities once course requests have been successfully entered and verified in Infinite Campus.
