RFP 2026-035 Master Developer for Approximately 240 Acres at Waco Regional Airport. Sealed Proposals will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 15, 2026. The City of Waco seeks formal proposals from qualified and financially capable developers or development teams to plan, lease, market, operate, manage and maintain an airport-compatible development on approximately 240 acres at Waco Regional Airport.
