Master As-Needed HVAC and Mechanical Services

Project Description

The City and County of San Francisco, through the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC), seeks responses to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified Mechanical Contractors interested in performing energy efficiency, heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC), building electrification, building maintenance, and repair services.

The objective of the projects is to perform HVAC and mechanical related energy efficiency, building electrification, building maintenance, and repair services. The work is to be performed in the City and County of San Francisco, California.

Class “C-20”, “C-36”, and “C-38” California Contractor’s Licenses are required for the Application. Furthermore, each listed subcontractor must possess appropriate active licenses for the work each subcontractor will be performing.

The Local Business Enterprise (LBE) subcontracting requirement is 7.00% for each Master Agreement. The LBE subcontracting requirement can only be met with CMD certified San Francisco Micro and Small-LBEs. SFPUC-LBEs cannot be counted towards meeting the LBE subcontracting requirement(s). Refer to RFQ Section 8.00 CMD Requirements and CMD Attachment 1. Failure to comply with Chapter 14B requirements may result in an Application being deemed non-responsive and ineligible for Master Agreement award.
