MassDevelopment's Transformative Development Initiative (TDI) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or consultant teams to conduct retail and leasing market analyses and provide technical assistance in support of the launch of the newly selected TDI District Cohort (2026–2029) set to begin July 2026. The scope of the work will establish market baselines and evaluate district readiness before a TDI Fellow is placed in a district and build the capacity/effectiveness of stakeholders to strengthen commercial revitalization efforts while a district is active.
