Description: Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP), a local public entity of the State of California, is seeking bids through this informal Request for Bids (iRFB) for 2050 Massachusetts Avenue San Bernardino CWC Groundcover Bark 2050 Massachusetts Avenue San Bernardino Community Wellness Center Groundcover Bark. Bids submitted in response to this iRFB will not be publicly opened or read at the time of submission. Bid details may become available for public review after the award decision is made.
