Mass photometer

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of a mass photometer from Refeyn Inc as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and the contractor being the single provider of the goods. Photometer must utilize light scattering of single particles as they absorb onto a glass microscope slide, and rapidly determine mass, oligomeric state, and heterogeneity of a wide range of macromolecules and their complexes in solution, under equilibrium conditions and without the need for labels, for a diverse array of potential biomolecular analytics. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
