Mass Feeding Operations

Project Description: The City of Dallas (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified respondent(s) experienced in providing mass feeding services to individuals who are displaced from their primary residence for 24-hours or longer or in support of evacuations from other areas of the state. The number of meals requested will depend on the scale the emergency. Respondent(s) should have the capacity to feed up to 10,000 individuals per meal daily providing buffet or individually packaged service options. The intent is to establish a five (5) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) service price agreement. An ID/IQ term agreement is established when quantities of goods or services and/or delivery schedules cannot be determined. Goods or services shall be ordered on an as needed basis for the term of the agreement.
