Project Description: The Maryland Environmental Service (Service or MES) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to seek a vendor to conduct a comprehensive review of all MES positions to ensure that hiring rates and salary ranges remain competitive within the surrounding and appropriate labor markets. The goal is to keep MES’s classification and compensation systems current, equitable, and aligned with best practices in order to attract and retain the most highly qualified staff across all areas of the organization.
