The Housing Authority of the City of Hartford (HACH) is seeking sealed bids for the following project: RFP #1270 Mary Mahoney Village – Sewer Line Replacement. Bid Opening date is May 14, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Housing Authority of the City of Hartford, 180 John D. Wardlaw Way, Hartford, CT 06106. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A pre-bid walk through for all bidders will be on April 27, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. at the project site(s), 73-81 Vine Street, Hartford, CT 06112. Contract Documents, Plans, and Specifications dated April 20, 2026, as prepared by Silver Petrucelli + Associates can be viewed and purchased for a non-refundable fee at Advanced Reprographics’ website.
