24-29-1620 Mary Alice Park Resurfacing and Restriping

The Forsyth County Procurement Department will accept sealed Bids until 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 4, 2024, for the following:
Providing all Materials, Equipment and Labor for Mary Alice Park Resurfacing and Restriping.
Forsyth County intends to complete the Resurfacing and Restriping of Mary Alice Park. All Parking Lot areas and Ramp are included in the project. Area to be Resurfaced is approximately 19,329 Square Yards. Measurements are all approximated and are up to Contractor to confirm prior to submitting a Bid. The Contractor will be required to submit a schedule that includes phasing the work. The Park will remain open during this project.
Safety is number one and Forsyth County will require a safety narrative for this project to protect the public and the workers. All work must be completed by Friday April 14, 2024.
Submittals are required prior to start of the project and must be approved by Forsyth County Project Manager.

Copies of the Bid documents may be downloaded for no cost at www.forsythco.com on the ¿Procurement Bid Portal (Bonfire)¿ page.
No firm may withdraw their Bid within 90 days of the actual date of opening.
Sealed Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time), Thursday, April 4, 2024, via Bonfire. Any Bids received after this date and time will not be accepted.
Bids will be opened and will be read aloud, at 2:30 p.m., Thursday, April 4, 2024 at the Forsyth County Procurement Department. Bidders and the general public are invited to attend. Award will be made at a later date. Forsyth County reserves the right to reject any or all Bids.
