The project consists of the demolition and removal of berms, concrete pavements, rubber play surface, play equipment and footings, spray park features, overhead walkway and associated ramps and walls, shrubs, fencing, signs, metal posts, pole lights, existing storm sewer piping and structures. The project will install new playground equipment, safety surfacing, spray park features and water bottle filling station with associated water service, site furniture and trash receptacles, fencing, concrete sidewalk, light poles and fixtures, and planting of trees. Bid Alternates include: #1 - Ornamental Fencing, #2 - Fall Protection Fencing, #3 - Sensory Play Wall.

Sealed Proposals endorsed with the name of the Bidder and stating the Bidder's address must be received by the Office of the Director of Purchasing/Purchasing Agent, City Hall Room 105-A, 30 Church Street, Rochester, NY 14614 prior to the Bid opening. The Bid opening is scheduled at 2:00pm local time on February 11, 2025, at City Hall, 30 Church Street, Rochester, NY, at which time and place all Bids will be publicly opened, read and recorded. When the Bidder submits their Bid, the Purchasing Office will inform the Bidder of the room location where the Bids will be opened.
