INVITATION FOR BID

This is an invitation to submit a bid to the Glynn County Board of Commissioners for:

The Board of Commissioners of Glynn County, Georgia (¿the Owner¿) seeks proposals from interested qualified firms to provide a bid to restore the gravel roof on the lower section of the Brunswick Library including all the details outlined and required in the Scope of Work section.

Sealed bids will be accepted and time stamped electronically via the County's e-procurement Portal ("Portal") until 1:30 pm on Wednesday, January 8, 2025. At 2:00 bids will be opened in conference room 224 located on the second floor of the Harold Pate Building which is located at 1725 Reynold Street Brunswick, GA. Additionally, the bid opening will be streamed live on the County's YouTube Channel.

Instructions for preparation and submission of a bid-proposal are contained in this packet. Bids must be typed or printed in ink. Bids submitted for this invitation must include the "Bidders Response Schedule" and be returned online via the Portal. Bids may not be considered unless so received.

There will be a Mandatory pre-bid meeting for this project held on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at 10:30 am at Administrative Conference Room #216 (2nd Floor Harold Pate Building) 1725 Reynolds Street Brunswick, GA 31525.
