Project Description: This Contract provides for the disposal of the existing chiller, installation of new and Reliable controls integration and other work, all in accordance with these Contract Provisions and the General Conditions.
An optional pre-bid meeting is to be held at 1:00 PM, local time, on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at the Marshall Community Center, located at 1009 E McLoughlin Blvd., Vancouver, WA 98663. Interested prime contractors are encouraged to attend. At this meeting questions concerning the Contract Documents and the proposed work will be discussed.
The Contract Work shall be Physically Complete within 20 Working Days from the Notice to Proceed.
