Proposals received after the appointed time will be time stamped and marked as late. Late proposals will not be opened and will not be considered in the evaluation. Sealed proposals must be clearly marked in bold letters “REOI 48/2026 – Marketing and Manager of the COLT.” No fax or e-mail proposals shall be accepted. |
