Marketing and Advertising Services for Parks & Recreation

The City of Spokane, through its Parks & Recreation Department is initiating this Informal Request for Proposals to solicit Proposals from experienced Firms for marketing and advertising services which may include, but may not be limited to: Marketing Plans; Media Placements; Production of Video Assets; Development of Graphic Elements for Print and Digital; Public Engagement and Communication Strategies.

It is the responsibility of Proposers to check ProcureWare for Addenda or other additional information that may be posted regarding this Request. Proposals must be electronically submitted through the City of Spokane’s ProcureWare submittal portal to be responsive and accepted.
