Project Description: This solicitation is to establish a contract for services to assist the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and its partners in the development of a statewide campaign to educate and encourage safe driving related to motorcycles. This campaign will utilize the existing Motorcycle Safety Awareness messaging/slogans. All materials will need to be branded with Share the Road.
