The FAA Academy provides transportation services to/from specific lodging properties and the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) in Oklahoma City, OK for students attending training at the Center. The intent of these services is to obtain satisfactory transportation services that fulfill the requirements of the FAA Academy Training Services Support Division, AMA-020.

A draft performance work statement (PWS) has been attached to this market survey. The FAA asks that industry review and provide feedback.

The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore, any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor's expense.

At this time, the nature of the competition has not been determined. The FAA may decide to do a full and open competition or set aside all or part of the procurement for small businesses or eligible socially and economically disadvantaged businesses that are certified by the SBA for participation in the SBA's 8(a) Program.

The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, 8(a) certified firms, and all other business types and sizes, capable of providing FAA Academy Transportation Services for Academy students identified above and as outlined within the draft PWS.

The principle North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 485113 Bus and Other Motor Vehicle Transit Systems, with a size standard of $32.5 million.

If applicable, interested firms which are SBA 8(a) certified are required to submit a copy of the SBA 8(a) certification letter.

All responses to this market survey must be received by 5:00pm CST, June 6, 2025. The FAA will only accept submissions; including attachments, electronically emailed to: gilbert.n.park@faa.gov.

Please include "MARKET SURVEY RESPONSE: FAA Academy Transportation Services” in the subject line of your email.

Information provided will not be released but please mark PROPRIETARY on all documents submitted. All questions regarding the market survey will be used in the final development of the governments’ acquisition strategy.
