BACKGROUND:

Notice from the Department of Defense, Defense Logistics Agency, Strategic Acquisition Program Directorate (SAPD) at DLA Columbus, Ohio. The SAPD/ZAA Division is seeking capabilities packages of potential sources, including small businesses. This sources sought synopsis is published for market research purposes only, to identify potential sources capable of supplying the Government with the items in accordance with the requirements listed below. Please review the below National Stock Number (NSN) and provide any additional sources that can supply the item with an unknown demand.

The Government's assessment of the capability statements received will factor into whether any forthcoming solicitation will be conducted as a full and open competition or not.

CAPABILITIES PACKAGE:

Interested parties shall submit a capabilities package, with a cover letter that demonstrates their ability to provide the NSN listed above. Interested parties shall complete the attached Market Research Survey and attached spreadsheet where vendor fill-in is required.
