MARK GREEN SPORTS CENTER AIR CONDITIONING UNITS REPLACEMENT PROJECT

Sealed bids for the work shown on the plans and specifications entitled: MARK GREEN SPORTS CENTER AIR CONDITIONING UNITS REPLACEMENT PROJECT, CITY PROJECT NO. 26-20, will be received at the office of the City Clerk of the City of Union City, City Government Building, 34009 Alvarado-Niles Road, Union City, California, until Thurs day , August 14, 2025, 2:00PM PST (see Addendum No. 3) .

Two rooftop air conditioning units serving the gymnasium are currently non-functional. Based on diagnostic assessment, full replacement is required to restore proper cooling, ventilation, and heating to the space. The scope of work includes removal of existing rooftop units and associated equipment, procurement and installation of new packaged rooftop air conditioning units, and all necessary mechanical, electrical and control work to ensure complete and functional system integration.
