Solicitation Summary
The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a requirement contract to perform Marine
Vessel Asset Maintenance, Repair, Parts and Service; this includes but it not limited to: Parts both
O.E.M. and fabrication, maintenance and repairs services both in and out of the water as required
for all marine vessels and equipment for the City of Baltimore’s Department of General Services,
Fleet Management Division, and all other City agencies with marine assets
