A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visits will be conducted at these sites and in the following order:

1). Lake Vista Pool

St. Petersburg, FL 33705

2). North Shore Activity Pool
901 North Shore Drive Northeast
St. Petersburg, FL 33701

3). Fossil Park Pool
6739 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street North
St. Petersburg, FL 33702

Attendance is mandatory for all prospective bidders. Bidders are responsible for examining all project locations, existing conditions, access constraints, and any other factors that may affect the performance of the work.

All questions arising from the pre-bid meeting or site visits shall be submitted in accordance with the solicitation’s question and answer procedures. Verbal statements made during the meeting shall not be binding unless confirmed by written addendum issued by the City.
